Thanks to Rebecca and Eddie at A Rural Experience for putting together a truly lovely 10 day tour of Ireland. Our merry little band of 3 couples wanted to avoid a “corporate” style tour. Instead, we asked Rebecca to help us put together an itinerary of “must sees” along with some sites/destinations perhaps a bit off the beaten path. With that goal in mind, we went from Dublin (where we landed), to Galway, to Killarney, to Killkenny then back to Dublin for a couple of days. Cliffs, mountains, pubs, sheep dog trials, cathedrals, castles, distilleries, Waterford and so much more was included in this well paced and full vacation. And making our lives easy throughout the trip was our driver and tour guide, Eddie. Eddie kept us on schedule, safe, laughing and was thoroughly professional in all ways.
